Webmail login issues on our Business and Enterprise email service

The issue with the email client connections and webmail login issue has been resolved. 

As per our server administration team, there was a load on our internal mail and database servers which resulted in a memory leak, thereby the database server was unable to serve login requests.

For now, the logins via webmail and email clients are functional as the servers have been kept under observation for the next 24 hours.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Monitoring

The webmail login and email client connections are now functional.


The issue was identified and caused due to a load on our internal mail and database servers causing a memory leak.


Upon initial investigation, the email account authentication issue was occurring due to internal database discrepancies which have been identified and patched.


Our team shall continue to gather reports and monitor the email service for the next few hours.


We do regret the inconvenience caused to the clients.

Investigating

We are facing Webmail login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service.


You might have encountered the error “Connection error: service not available right now" and “504 Gateway Timeout” while accessing your account via the webmail interface.


Our System Administration team has identified the issue will be pushing a patch to fix the issue. Please keep an eye on this thread for further updates.
