The webmail login and email client connections are now functional.
The issue was identified and caused due to a load on our internal mail and database servers causing a memory leak.
Upon initial investigation, the email account authentication issue was occurring due to internal database discrepancies which have been identified and patched.
Our team shall continue to gather reports and monitor the email service for the next few hours.

You might have encountered the error “Connection error: service not available right now" and “504 Gateway Timeout” while accessing your account via the webmail interface.
