It is observed that the issues with HTTP, PHP and DNS services on the server are recurring due to which users might face intermittent issues.
Our system administration team is currently working towards a resolution for the same.

Our server admins have blocked IPs which were identified as abusive on the server which has currently resolved the issue and the services on the server are now up and running.
Our Network Administration team is actively monitoring the network so that no further services are affected.
