The issue with the email service and webmail login issue has been resolved.
As per our server administration team, there was an internal network-related error that caused intermittent login issues with our email service and webmail logins.

Due to a mail storage server failover, you were facing the issue of Business and Enterprise email services. The issue is now fixed and emails will be accessible and you should be able to send and receive emails via Email Client and Webmail.
Our system administration team has fixed the issue and are closely monitoring the servers.
