We have received a confirmation from Google that the API changes have been rolled back completely. We have a confirmation from them that we will receive a heads up from them beforehand when new updates are about to be rolled out. This will enable us to test the changes and have our systems up to date before these API changes are made live by Google. We regret any inconvenience caused and confirm that this issue has been fixed.
We have been constantly following up with Google to track the status of the rollback changes and have observed that all the stuck actions in our system have cleared. However, we are monitoring the services to ensure there are no further issues. We will update this thread once we receive a final confirmation from Google stating the rollback changes have completed successfully at their end.
We have identified that newly added Gsuite orders are encountering an issue with the Admin account set up. On checking further with Google, they have confirmed that they had rolled out an API change last night which started causing this error. We have learned that Google has started the rollback and all the stuck actions should get fixed soon.
