We received several complaints where, clients who had enabled 2FA for their accounts were not receieving 2FA codes via SMS.
On further investigation, we realized that our messaging service was unresponsive. Due to which, SMSes or email notifications related to 2FA were not being sent out to anyone. We then routed these mails and SMS via a different service.
To ensure that this is not encountered again, we have set up additional monitoring on our messaging services.

We are currently encountering issues with 2FA in receiving email notifications and SMS’s code due to which you may face issues while logging into your reseller account.
Our System Administration team is working on the issue and are making the necessary changes, we will update this thread as soon as we have new updates.
