Issues accessing the Control Panel

We have been closely monitoring our OrderBox servers for the past few days and have observed no unusual spike in load.

OrderBox is now stable and functioning normally. You should be able to access the control panel and navigate through it without any issues.

There was a load on a few of the servers which had caused this issue. Our system administration team has managed to fix this issue for now and are investigating this further to drill down to the root cause of this issue. The services are back up and you should be able to successfully access the control panel. Our system administration team is monitoring the services to avoid any further service disruption. 

We are currently facing issues with OrderBox causing intermittent issues while accessing the Control Panel and managing orders.

Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
