Intermittent issue with 2 Step Verification SMS

Our Product Development Team along with our SMS Service Provider is working towards permanently fixing this issue. This issue involves a massive collaborative effort between both the teams and is hence taking time. There has been constructive progress in the past few days and hence we expect this issue to be resolved soon. Our Product Development Team has already implemented a few fixes in the interim and these have worked as desired. Both the teams are working on closing this permanently in the near future.

Identified

We have identified intermittent issues with one of our SMS service providers. The service provider is facing issues with the mobile carrier which is leading to SMS's not being delivered seamlessly. Our product development team is in constant touch with the SMS service provider to fix this issue. We have not received a definite timeline from the service provider however, we will keep this post updated regularly to provide a status update.

Identified

We have identified the issue and are working with the service provider to get this issue fixed completely. We have made some changes at our end and you should be able to use the SMS service to receive the OTP for 2 Step Verification. Please watch this thread for further updates.

Investigating

We are currently facing an issue with 2 Step Verification SMS delivery through a gateway provider.


Our team is already working towards resolving this issue at the earliest.
