2FA issue for Indian Clients

The issue with  2 Factor Authentication has been resolved and our system administration team is closely monitoring this to ensure that there are no further issues.

Identified

We are facing an issue with our 2 Factor Authentication(2FA) service due to which resellers/customers who have enabled 2FA will face issues while logging into their control panel.


The 2FA SMS is currently not being sent out only to Indian clients from our Gateway Provider.


We are in constant touch with the service provider, and we shall provide a timely update on the thread as soon as possible.
