Intermittent issues with our email dashboard.

Resolved

The issue with the email service management server and webmail login issue has been resolved. 


As per our server administration team, there was an internal network-related error that caused intermittent login issues with our email service.


We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. We thank you for your patience and understanding.


Please contact support through your preferred channel, if you still face any further issues.

Monitoring

We are facing intermittent issues on our email order management infrastructure (Free/Business/Enterprise) due to which, you might encounter errors while performing all of the following actions:


1. Adding/Renewing Business or Enterprise email order.  


2. Adding/Deleting email accounts to Free, Business or Enterprise email orders.


3. Checking Account Disk Quota shown on Email Dashboard.


4. Reset password for the email account under the admin dashboard.


5. Modifying or adding mailing lists.


6. Domain Alias.


7. Modifying any parameter associated with the user account.


8. Whilst logging into account via webmail URL (504 Gateway timeout issue) however access to their accounts via email clients are not affected and clients will be able to send and receive emails.


The issue has been escalated to our technical administration team who are already working on it.
