We are facing intermittent issues with our Business and Enterprise email services.
You will encounter the error “The connection to remote server us2.imap.mailhostbox.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect” or “Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes.”
The System Administration Team has been alerted and work is underway to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
