Delay in Paypal IPN notifications

Paypal reported an issue which impacted APIs and in turn created a backlog of IPNs that needed to be sent. Once the API issue was resolved, the backlog of IPN reduced and notifications were received by Orderbox. The Paypal outage was reported on Paypal's status page: thttps://www.paypal-status.com/product/production

Payments are now added instantly in the control panel and so we are marking this issue as resolved.

IPN notifications have started reaching our servers with a slight delay of up to 10 minutes. We are still investigating this issue with Paypal and will update this post once we have identified the cause.

We are currently experiencing delays in the IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) for payments made through Paypal to our Paypal Account - PDR Solutions US LLC. As a result, your payment is not successfully added to your Account. 

We are in contact with Paypal to check why the IPN notifications are not sent to our system. In the meantime, you can transact using the alternate payment methods available in your control panel. To know the alternate mode of payment click on My Billing->Addfunds.
