We encountered a Database related issue wherein one of our database processes was utilizing too many concurrent connections. As there was no timeout configured it led to high disk utilization and the concurrent connections were not being cleared.
Our development team resolved this issue by clearing the concurrent connections and also configuring a timeout.
We have monitored our database performance since last evening and everything is stable.
We were facing a database connectivity issue which was intermittently affecting our API services as well as Control Panel login. Our system administration team has fixed the same.

We are currently encountering issues with the Orderbox servers, due to which you will face issues while accessing the Control Panel.
