IMPS payments made to the Virtual Account using the Auto NEFT method are instantly credited to the Reseller Account. We have not faced any delays in the credit over the past week and hence this post is being marked as resolved.
Razorpay will work closely with the partner bank to ensure that such issues do not recur.
Razorpay has cited network issues at a banking level which resulted in the delayed credit. IMPS payments to the Virtual Accounts are now instantly credited to the Reseller Account.

We are experiencing delays in credits to the Reseller Account for IMPS payments made to the Virtual Account using the Auto NEFT method. We have reported this matter to our payment gateway provider - Razorpay and they are investigating this further.
Immediate Payment Service is an instant payment inter-bank electronic funds transfer system in India powered by the National Payments Corporation of India. At times any delays in IMPS payments could be due to network issues at a banking level.
Rest assured the funds that you transfer to the Virtual Account will be credited to your Reseller Account.
