We have been monitoring the server till now and there have not been any further problems. All services are running without any issues.

The disk issue has now been resolved. We shall continue monitoring the server for the next two hours to ensure that there are no further problems.

As per the previous update, we have tried moving data to a different storage which has now failed. Thus, we are working on alternate methods to restore the services at the earliest.

We will update this post with the progress in the next 2.5 hours.

Identified

We have identified the problem which is causing high disk utilization. As a result, we are migrating a certain amount of data from the affected drive to another backup drive. This will help us free up space to address the ongoing issue.


We will be back with new updates in the next 2 hours.

Investigating

We are facing issues with disk utilization on this server. In order to address this issue at the earliest, the server has been taken down. So, all services hosted on the server are currently unresponsive.


Our senior administrators are already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
