We are facing intermittent issues on our email order management infrastructure (Business/Enterprise) due to which, you might encounter errors while performing all of the following actions:
1. Adding/Renewing Business or Enterprise email order.
2. Adding/Deleting email accounts to Business or Enterprise email order.
3. Checking Account Disk Quota shown on Email Dashboard.
4. Reset password for the email account under admin dashboard.
5. Modifying or adding mailing lists.
6. Domain Alias.
7. Modifying any parameter associated with the user account.
The issue has been escalated to our technical administration team who are already working on it.
