We have identified the RAID Controller Battery Unit as the cause of this issue. We have replaced the Battery unit, post which the services have been restored.
We have actively monitored the server over the last 24 hours and the services seem to be working fine.

Our server administration team has identified a load issue with one of our Storage clusters.
We are working diligently towards fixing the issue at the earliest.

Investigating
We are currently facing issues on our Cloud Hosting India servers.
You might encounter the errors “500 Internal Server Error OR 503 Service Unavailable while accessing your websites/cPanel OR Website/cPanel taking too long to load” .
Our server administration team is already working on this to fix it at the earliest.
