The internal network related error which caused intermittent login issues within our email service has been resolved.


We will continue to actively monitor our Email servers.

The issue was identified and caused due to an internal network related error which has been resolved.


Our teams shall continue to gather reports and monitor the email service for the next few hours.

Identified

We are facing intermittent login issues with our Business and Enterprise email services.


You will encounter the error  “Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes.” OR “An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (LGI-0003)” OR “504 Gateway Timeout”


Some clients could also face intermittent password pop-up issues while accessing their email account via an Email Client i.e. Outlook/ Thunderbird, etc.
