Load Issues on Orderbox

We have been closely monitoring our OrderBox servers for the past few hours and have observed no unusual spike in load.

OrderBox is now stable and functioning normally. You should be able to access the control panel and navigate through it without any delays.

This issue has been hot-fixed and we're currently in the process of a permanent fix. 

OrderBox is stable and loading as normal. However, we're continuing to monitor this issue.

We are currently encountering load on our Orderbox servers, due to which you may face slowness while logging in or navigating around your control panel.

Our System Admin team is already working on this, and efforts are on to resolve the issue at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
