As per their analysis, the webmail login issue occurred due to load on one of the databases in the OX database cluster.

We were facing Webmail login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service.
You might have encountered the error “Connection error: service not available right now" and “504 Gateway Timeout” while accessing your account via the webmail interface.
