Webmail login issues on our Business and Enterprise email service.

This issue has been identified and resolved by our server administration team.

As per their analysis, the webmail login issue occurred due to load on one of the databases in the OX database cluster.

We do regret the inconvenience caused. Feel free to contact our support helpdesk if you require any further clarification or support.

Investigating

We were facing Webmail login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service.


You might have encountered the error  “Connection error: service not available right now" and “504 Gateway Timeout” while accessing your account via the webmail interface.


Our System Administration team have identified the issue will be pushing a patch to fix the issue. Please keep an eye on this thread for further updates.
