Intermittent login issues in Business and Enterprise email.

This issue has been identified and resolved by our server administration team. 


As per their analysis, the webmail login issue occurred due to load on one of the databases in the OX database cluster. 


We do regret the inconvenience caused and shall continue to keep our webmail servers under observation.

Monitoring

The intermittent login issues faced on our Business and Enterprise email services has been resolved.


We shall continue to monitor our network/service for the next few hours.

Additionally, our knowledge base is available 24/7 or please contact support through your preferred channel in case of any concerns.

Identified

We were facing intermittent login issues with our Business and Enterprise email services.


You will encounter the error  “Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes” OR “An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. (LGI-0003)” while opening your account via the webmail interface.


Some clients could also face intermittent password pop-up issues while accessing your email account via the Email Client i.e. Outlook/ Thunderbird, etc.
