The dashboard issues on our Dallas mail servers has stabilized.
The issue had occurred due to an internal check failure. This check connects with the database to check certain apps and this had failed on the server which led to inaccessibility of the email dashboard. For now, you will not face any issues accessing the dashboard. Additionally, we will continue to actively monitor the Email servers for the next few hours

We are currently facing intermittent issue with the Email Dashboard of our Business Email service hosted in our Dallas Data Center.
You might Encounter the following error while clicking on Manage Email link from Orderbox Panel:
“Oops, something went wrong. Some problem occurred at our end. Please check back after sometime. A notification email has been sent to our engineers.”
Our team is already working on this and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
