Due to an unexpected high load on our Database Servers, the OrderBox Control Panel was inaccessible for some time. As a result of this load, our API services were also briefly affected.
We have now stabilized the load on our Database Servers and services are functioning normally. We are also closely monitoring our Servers to ensure smooth operation.
We will update this thread with a detailed RCA as soon as it is made available to us.
Update: This is also affecting all our API clients, API requests may encounter intermittent timeout issues.
We are currently facing issues with Orderbox and hence you may face intermittent issues while accessing the Control Panel and managing your orders.
Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
