Issue with redirecting to Alipay Payment Gateway

Resolved

Due to certain regulatory issues with Alipay, the addition of funds using this gateway are prohibited. Hence you will no longer be able to fund your account using the Alipay payment gateway. We are in the process of integrating a new gateway from a provider in China. However, this will take some time.


In the meantime, please use the alternative payment methods available in your panel under My Billing >> Add Funds.


The status of this post is changed to Resolved as we will no longer offer Alipay as a method of adding funds in your account. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Investigating

We have identified an issue when attempting to making a payment via Alipay payment gateway. We have already escalated this with Alipay Support and expect this to be resolved as soon as possible. To avoid a delay in funding your account, please use the alternative payment methods available.
