The issue with the certificate authority has been resolved.
The certificates are now issued correctly and can be managed from your control panel.

Investigating
We are currently facing an issue, where the SSL certificates are not getting validated and issued. We have checked this with the certificate authority and this is due to some temporary issue on their portal.
This has already been escalated and they are getting this checked on priority.
Please note that this will have no impact on the resolution/working of your already issued and installed SSL certificates.
We are working with them to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
We request you to check the status of the SSL order after some time.
