Connectivity Issue with Neustar Registry

There was a scheduled maintenance carried out by Neustar Registry which caused the connectivity issue for approximately 4 hours.

Once the maintenance was completed by the Registry, the connections were back up.

Connectivity issues with Neustar Registry has been resolved.

All new actions for Registration, Renewal or Transfer should go through successfully now.

We will continue to actively monitor the connections to prevent any connectivity issue from occurring again.

We are currently facing connectivity issues with the Neustar Registry. Due to this, you may not be able to complete actions that require registry connections such as domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, name server modifications etc.

Please note that this will have no impact on the resolution/working of your already registered domain names.

We are working with the Registry to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
