Resolved
The issue with the email receiving on our servers has been resolved. You should now be able to receive incoming emails without any issue.

Monitoring
The issue has been fixed on Houston based Linux Hosting servers as well.
We shall continue to actively monitor the incoming mails for the next few hours.

Identified
The issue has been fixed for Email hosting and Windows shared hosting servers. You should now be able to receive mails on accounts hosted on Email and Windows hosting servers without any issue.
However we are still seeing the issue on few of our Houston based Linux Hosting servers. Our senior administrators are continuously working on resolving this at the earliest.

Investigating
We are currently facing issue with receiving mails on our Linux shared hosting, Windows shared hosting and Email hosting servers. You may get one of these errors listed below :
550 "JunkMail rejected - IP is in an RBL, see v=spf1 a -all"
521 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client blocked using zen.spamhaus.org
Our senior administrators are working on resolving this issue at the earliest. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to this.
