We are currently facing issues with mail service on our Linux shared servers. This is affecting the mail receiving functionality. 

You may get one of these errors below:

For Email Hosting servers:

521 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client blocked using zen.spamhaus.org Please see http://support.mailhostbox.com/email-administrators-guide-error-codes/ for explanation of the problem.

For Linux Shared Hosting:

550 "JunkMail rejected - IP is in an RBL, see v=spf1 a -all"
