As per the analysis, the webmail login issue occurred due to a load on one of the databases in the OX database cluster.

We are currently facing an issue with the webmail service on our Business/Enterprise Email services. You may encounter the error “Could not connect to the context storage. (CTX-0005)” while authenticating via the webmail interface.
