Webmail Login Issue on our Business and Enterprise Mail Service

This issue has been identified and resolved by our server administration team. 


As per the analysis, the webmail login issue occurred due to a load on one of the databases in the OX database cluster.

Investigating

We are currently facing an issue with the webmail service on our Business/Enterprise Email services. You may encounter the error “Could not connect to the context storage. (CTX-0005)” while authenticating via the webmail interface.


Our senior administrators are already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
