As part of our continued response to the recently identified cPanel security vulnerability, we have successfully applied the latest security patches released by cPanel across all the systems.
We’re pleased to confirm that access to all services, including cPanel, WHM, Webmail, and SSH, has now been fully restored. Customers should be able to access their servers and management interfaces normally, with no further restrictions in place.
Our teams will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability and security. Thank you for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
As part of our ongoing security measures in response to a recently identified cPanel's security vulnerability, access to cPanel, WHM, and Webmail was temporarily restricted as a precautionary step by our teams.
The restriction has now been removed, and these services should be accessible normally.
As an additional precaution, SSH access (ports 22/2222) remains temporarily blocked to help maintain server security while further validation and patching activities continue. During this period, Shared Linux, VPS, and Dedicated Server customers will not be able to access their servers or cPanel accounts using SSH clients.
Workaround: VPS and Dedicated Server customers can continue accessing the server terminal via WHM >> Terminal. For more details, please refer to: https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/server-configuration/terminal-in-whm/
These measures are being taken proactively to help safeguard customer environments while cPanel releases and recommends additional security updates. All other services remain operational.
We will continue to share updates as additional patches are released and normal access to all services is fully restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our cPanel, WHMCS, and Webmail services are currently inaccessible as part of an ongoing security update and patching activity.
This action has been taken proactively to ensure the stability and security of the environment. Our teams are actively working on completing the patching process and restoring access to all affected services at the earliest possible time.
Please note that your email functionality via IMAP/POP continues to remain operational. We request you to use your configured email clients (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, mobile mail apps, etc.) to access your emails in the meantime.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation while the maintenance activity is in progress. Further updates will be shared as soon as additional information becomes available.
We are currently experiencing a partial outage impacting Hosting services.
Access to cPanel, WHMCS, and Webmail is currently unavailable due to an ongoing security update. However, email services will continue to function via configured email clients, and FTP access remains unaffected. We will share another update once we receive patching details from cPanel.
Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working towards a resolution at the earliest. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we continue to provide updates as they become available.
