Errors While Accessing Our Managed DNS Service

Investigating

The issue with the DNS management panel seems has resurfaced. Our development has been alerted and we are working on it. 

Services affected: Resolution of domains using OrderBox Name Servers will not be affected, however, you will face issues accessing the Manage DNS panel for all domains using the DNS Service provided by OrderBox. As a result, you will not be able to currently add/modify DNS records.

Resolved

This issue is now resolved. It was a temporary issue with the DNS database configuration and the development team has taken necessary measures to fix it.

Investigating

We are currently facing database issues with our Managed DNS Servers due to which when you click on Manage DNS, you may encounter an error.


Resolution of domains using OrderBox Name Servers will not be affected, however, you will face issues accessing the Manage DNS panel for all domains using the DNS Service provided by OrderBox. As a result, you will not be able to currently add/modify DNS records.

The Development Team has already been alerted and work is underway to get this issue resolved at the earliest. We will post updates as and when we have more information handy.
