There was a sudden increase in the load on our OrderBox servers which caused connectivity issues. Our system admin team killed and restarted the processes that were stuck after which the connectivity was restored.
The issue stands resolved.
There was some connectivity issue with our Orderbox servers, due to which you may have faced intermittent issues while accessing the Control Panel, SuperSite, Knowledgebase and API.
Our System Admin team have resolved the issue now. We are monitoring our servers to ensure there are no further issues.
