Resolved

The DNS propagation issue affecting our fully branded and partially branded nameservers has now been successfully resolved.

While our systems and services remained fully operational, certain geographical regions experienced propagation delays due to an issue identified and resolved at our routing vendor’s end.

All services are now operating normally, and system stability has been fully restored.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked through this.

Investigating

We are still working on resolving the issue affecting DNS propagation across all our fully branded and partially branded nameservers.

The impact is intermittent in nature, and although server and system metrics appear normal, some domains are still experiencing DNS resolution inconsistencies.

Our system administration team is treating this with the highest priority. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work toward a swift resolution.
