On investigating, we found out that our messaging service was unresponsive. This resulted in SMS's getting queued and not getting sent out from our system.
Our System Administration team has resolved this now by routing all the 2FA SMS's through separate queues and have set up monitoring in case of any alerts. All the Reseller's/Customer's should now be able to receive 2FA SMS's and login to their control panel.
The issue has been resolved and our system administration team is closely monitoring this to ensure that there are no further issues.
We are facing an issue with regards to 2 Factor Authentication login due to which resellers/customers who have enabled 2 Factor Authentication for their control panel will not be able to log in.
The 2 Factor Authentication SMS is currently not being sent out from our system.
Our development team is working to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
