Intermittent issue with Sectigo Certificate Issuance

We have monitored the services for a significant amount of time and also received a confirmation from our vendor, Sectigo, that no further outages are occurring on their end. As a result, you should not face any issues with the certificate issuance process.

All previously queued orders have now been processed and are active, allowing you to access SSL services without interruption.

Monitoring

The Sectigo team has identified the root cause of the issue and reported a failure in updating the private CRL at crl.enterprise.sectigo.com.

The fix has now been implemented, and the CRL has been successfully updated.

You should no longer experience any delays in certificate issuance. We will continue to closely monitor the service to ensure continued stability.

Investigating

We have identified an issue causing SSL orders to be stuck at processing after verification.

Our System Administration team is actively working with the Sectigo team to resolve this at the earliest.
