We have monitored the services for a significant amount of time and also received a confirmation from our vendor, Sectigo, that no further outages are occurring on their end. As a result, you should not face any issues with the certificate issuance process.

All previously queued orders have now been processed and are active, allowing you to access SSL services without interruption.

The incident affecting SSL orders getting stuck after verification has been resolved.

Our teams, in coordination with Sectigo, have confirmed that the Public CA issuing platform is operating as expected and that SSL certificates are being issued successfully.

This issue has been successfully resolved and SSL orders are no longer experiencing delays post verification, and we will actively monitor our products and share an update here shortly.

Our team is still actively coordinating with our third-party Certificate Authority, Sectigo, as they continue to investigate and address the delays affecting their Public CA issuing platform. At this time, SSL orders may remain in a pending state even after successful verification.

We will share further updates as soon as we receive confirmed information or when normal issuance resumes.

Our third-party provider, Sectigo, is currently experiencing delays on their Public CA issuing platform, resulting in SSL orders getting stuck after verification.

The root cause has been identified, and our System Administration team is actively working with the Sectigo team to resolve the issue at the earliest.
