Intermittent issue with CCAvenue and PayU payment gateways

We’ve thoroughly monitored both these payment gateways and confirmed that the issue has been fully resolved.

You should now be able to make payments smoothly across all available methods without any interruptions.

Monitoring

The payment gateway providers have applied the required configurations, and transactions via CCAvenue and PayU should now be processing successfully.

Investigating

We are working with the Payment Gateway providers to investigate the root cause of the issue to proceed with the required troubleshooting.

Alternatively, you may switch to our Pay.pw gateway (if supported in your region) to continue paying via Credit Card while we work on resolving the issue, or opt for the Virtual Account (Auto-NEFT) method, which is even more fail-proof.

Investigating

We are currently observing instances where transactions are failing through the CC Avenue and PayU payment gateways.

As a result, the payment amount may be successfully debited from your card or bank account, however, the funds are not being credited to the reseller account and results in a “Transaction Failed” error in the panel.

Our Product Development team is actively investigating the issue, and we will share real-time updates in this thread as soon as more details are available.

We strongly recommend using alternate payment methods in the meantime.
