Monitoring

The impacted services have been restored, and the renewals are now going through. We have verified this by checking the stuck orders due to this incident.

Investigating

We have received reports of intermittent issues when renewing orders through the Control Panel, as well as difficulties in adding new Google Workspace and Business Email seats.

Our System Administration Team is actively working to resolve this at the earliest.
