Investigation & recommendation — Gmail Strict Policy Enforcement

Due to Gmail’s updated authentication policies, emails sent through unauthenticated scripts or using email forwarders are now being rejected. This includes emails sent via PHP mail(), CMS forms, outdated plugins, and forwarded messages that fail SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks. To comply with Gmail’s new requirements and avoid suspension, please ensure the following:

Mandatory Actions Enable SMTP authentication in all website forms/scripts (use WP SMTP, Post SMTP, etc.). Add Google reCAPTCHA/Human Verification to all forms. Remove email forwarders, as forwarded emails now fail SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks. Review & fix all form handlers, scripts, cron jobs, and CMS plugins sending unauthenticated mail. Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are correctly configured. Update WordPress, plugins, and themes.

Next Steps:

Once these changes are completed, please contact us on Live Chat so we can lift any suspension if added from our end and recheck your service.
