You can now access and navigate through the entire DNS panel seamlessly while also adding and modifying records without any issue.

Monitoring

The intermittent issues with Orderbox DNS zone has been fixed and services are now operational.

Our system administration team is working on the root cause and are actively monitoring the services. We will update this thread with additional information as and when available.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Manage DNS section of the control panel, where users are unable to access the Manage DNS section, add or modify DNS records. When attempting to access this section, the following error is encountered:

Error: Bad Gateway or String cannot case to Java.

Please note that this issue does not impact the resolution of domains using OrderBox Name Servers. While DNS records cannot be managed at this time, domain resolution will continue to function as expected.

Our system administration team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue and will provide updates as soon as further details are available.
