Our System Administration team has identified the subnet from which there were many connects and has resolved the issue. You will not encounter any errors with MySQL connectivity now.

Our System Administration team has identified the issue and is currently working towards fixing it at the earliest.
They are also monitoring the MySQL connectivity on the server by running test scripts which will help them fix the issue as soon as possible.
