Email Issues- Reseller/Customer Notifications

We have monitored our system email IP addresses closely and there have been no issues reported since the last update. All previously affected IP addresses have now been delisted.

System emails including Order Confirmations, Registrant Verifications, Contact Modifications, and Renewal Reminders have been getting delivered successfully since our last update.

The root cause was traced to certain IP addresses being blacklisted. We have worked with the respective blacklist authorities, and all previously affected IPs have now been successfully delisted.
