Monitoring
We were facing issues with email delivery for accounts hosted on the server sdin-pp-wb3.webhostbox.net. All emails sent to the accounts hosted on this server were not being delivered to the respective mailboxes.
Our server administrators have identified the issue and pushed certain changes to the server configuration.
We will continue monitoring the services for a few more hours to ensure that there are no further problems.
