Issue on SuperSite Customization Panel

Root Cause Analysis:

One of our Supersite servers had stopped functioning. On checking, our System Administration team figured that the IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) was also not reachable.


To avoid further damage, our System Administration team routed the services to our secondary server. The primary server was later rebooted post applying the kernel patch. 


Post this change, traffic was served from both the primary and secondary servers which ensured that the services started functioning seamlessly.


Our System Administration Team closely monitored the server, to ensure there are no reoccurrences of the issue.

Monitoring
The servers are operational now and the Supersite 2 customization panel is now accessible.

We will continue to monitor this to ensure that there are no reoccurrences of the issue.

A detailed Root Cause Analysis will be posted soon.

Investigating
We are currently encountering an issue with our SuperSite servers, due to which you will not be able to access your Supersite customization panel. 

Our System Admin team is already working on this, and efforts are on to resolve the issue at the earliest. For the time being, we have put it on an emergency maintenance. 

We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
