Our team has cleared all the inbound email queues. No more mails are on hold and we have closely monitored the services for sometime and do not see any issues. You should be able to access the Webmail to use your mail services.

Email servers experienced a high load. Our team was able to take mitigation steps, which helped, but some servers were still impacted. We later identified that a temporary net application contributed to CPU spikes, which have since moderated. You might encounter a slight delay in receiving emails due to the queue.
