We are facing an intermittent issue in making payments to the Virtual accounts via Auto-Neft or Instant Funds Transfer method. Due to which you will be unable to add funds in your reseller wallet. We have reported this to our payment gateway provider and they hare working closely to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, we request you to add funds through alternate modes using the payment gateways available under My Billing >> Add funds or through the offline fund transfer method.
