We have closely monitored the situation and verified that the issues with the Pay.pw Payment Gateway are completely resolved.

You will be able to seamlessly complete payments using the Gateway.

Monitoring

We would like to inform you that we were successfully able to re-established connectivity between the Gateway and our Platform. As a result, the issue is now resolved and you should be able to make your payments using the Pay.pw Payment Gateway.

We will continue to monitor transactions through this gateway and keep you updated on this post.

Investigating

We are currently facing issues with payments of customers via Pay.pw being declined with the error- “Customer ID invalid”

We have diagnosed that the issue occurs due to a connectivity issue at the backend. Any payments made with this gateway from your customer’s end might get failed.

Our Billing Team is working with the Payment Integration Providers on re-establishing connectivity.

In the meantime the Customers can use any other Payment Gateway.

Updates will be provided here as soon as we obtain them.
