All services have been successfully restored and are currently functioning well. We have closely monitored them for a while and haven't observed any issues. You should now be able to access the website, Plesk panel, and email services smoothly across all platforms.

Monitoring

Our server administration team has successfully restored all the impacted services and has confirmed that the issue with the servers are now fixed.

Investigating

We are currently facing intermittent issues on few of our Windows hosting servers due to which you might face issues while:

  • Sending/Receiving emails
  • Accessing the Website on a browser
  • Accessing the Plesk Panel

Our server and network administration teams are working towards resolving the same on priority. While we actively work towards restoring the services, we request you to watch this thread for further updates.
