Webmail login issue for Business Email

You can seamlessly access our Business and Enterprise email services and use all the features without any issues whatsoever.

Monitoring

We thank you for your continued patience and understanding of this situation.The webmail login and email client connections are now functional.

The issue was identified and caused due a load on the server that affected server and connectivities internally.

Our System Administration team had quickly identified the issue and pushed a patch to fix the issue. You should not face any errors while accessing the login interface. However, we shall continue monitoring the server for the next few hours to ensure that there are no further problems.

Investigating

We are facing intermittent login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service, due to which you might encounter an error “Login Failed" while accessing your account via the Webmail interface and with email clients as well.

Our System Administration team is currently working on fixing the issue.
