This issue has been resolved. We have monitored the mail hosting servers and can confirm that all the services are fully functional.

Monitoring

We would like to inform you that we have partially restored the mail services. Clients will now be able to connect to their accounts via webmail as well as email clients like outlook / thunderbird.

Additionally you may have faced issues during email account creation, deletion and order provisioning due to this outage. This too has been addressed and resolved.
 
We will update this thread once all the pending stuck orders have been processed.

Investigating

We are currently facing an issue with the webmail and email clients connecting to their email accounts on our Business/Enterprise Email services. You may encounter the error “Could not connect to the context storage. (CTX-0005)” while authenticating via both.

Our senior administrators are already working on this issue and are trying to fix this as soon as possible
