The backend certificate manager automatically renewed and replaced the SSL certificate for the Domain platform. However, the new certificate was not successfully added to OrderBox, resulting in a failure of calls from OrderBox to the Domain platform. Our team has manually updated the certificate for both Orderbox and Check Availability which has resolved the issue.
Actions related to Registration/Renewal/Modification of Nameservers and Availability check for the domains will go through successfully. Also the existing actions should also be completed without any issues.
